5-Day Foundations for Redesign & Staging

Foundations prepares you to run your own redesign business. We teach everything from consulting with clients, to marketing & business add-ons, along with our redesign tips and techniques. This isn't a franchise. We want each student to pursue the type of business they want, and to be "wildly successful"! Class size is limited to six students to give each one the "hands-on" training that we feel is so valuable. There are two instructors to teach & observe, and insure that each student gains the knowledge and skill to run her own redesign business (we think a one to three ratio is best).

The cost of the training includes all training materials, four "hands-on" houses to redesign, transportation to the work sites, use of all redesign tools during the training week, access to many professional resources and trade discounts, and a light breakfast, lunch & snacks each day. The cost does not include your travel expenses nor your nightly accommodations. The 5-Day Training will be $3,500.

Our students receive National Certification through The SDP in both Interior Redesign and Home Staging at the end of the Foundations training.

3-Day Professional Home Stager

The cost of our Professional Home Staging Course is $1,750, which includes all training materials, one house where you will perform a walk-through Consultation, one “hands-on” Home Staging experience, transportation to the work site, a light breakfast, lunch & snacks each day. Students will also receive National SDP Certification as a Staging Professional.  Students may apply $300 of that fee toward the 5-day Foundations training to expand your business into Interior Redesign, if you return within one year. The cost does not include your travel expenses nor your nightly accommodations. The Professional Home Staging Course is the perfect way to enhance your skills in setting-up houses to sell for top dollar. If you have ever bought or sold a house, you know that the best-looking houses are the most desirable. This course gives you the process to utilize your skills in transforming any room.

Train the Trainer Course

Redesigning Interiors is now making their 2-day Professional Home Stager Course available for Graduates to facilitate!

In the NEW 3-Day Train the Trainer course, graduates from the 2-day Professional Home Staging course learn how to teach their own course. Participants receive insightful details about content, learn effective facilitation techniques, practice their course delivery, and discuss all the information necessary to deliver the 2-day Professional Home Staging to their students. Participants receive a Facilitators Guide, and tips and techniques to effectively market the course. The cost of the course is $3,500 and includes all teacher's materials, breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Trainers may also purchase a CD-ROM version of the Participant Guide (in MS Word) for easy customization and duplication, or create their own course materials. The cost of the complete Student's Manual on CD is $2,700. This enables the Trainer to begin teaching their own course immediately. There will be no royalty fees due to Redesigning Interiors when using the CD-ROM to print customized course manuals.
